Probate and Estate Planning Summit
We are co-hosting a Probate and Estate Planning Summit with the Alachua County Property Appraiser on September 14th, 2023, at 6 PM at the Alachua County Senior Recreation Center. Our goal is to educate the community about the probate process for heirs’ property and introduce financial resources currently available. Heirs’ property refers to property that has not had the property estate planning in place. This takes place when the last owner of the property is now deceased resulting in the property needing to go through the probate process.
